LMF Gold

LMF Gold is a nutritionally advanced textured feed for athletic horses. Gold contains 12% fat. This fat originates from ground flax, sunflower seed, soybean oil, rice bran and prilled vegetable fat. The combination of fat sources ensures a favorable ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids. These fatty acids are essential for energy production, immune function and healthy skin and hair. Gold also contains fermentable fiber from shredded beet pulp and soybean seed coats. These fiber sources produce energy but do not add excessive amounts of sugar to the diet. The combination of fat and fiber aids in keeping performance horses focused, LMF Gold also uses value added ingredients including yeast culture to maintain proper digestive function, high levels of antioxidant vitamins to maintain muscle function and chelated trace minerals to ensure healthy bones.

LMF Senior Low Carb

LMF Senior Low Carb is a “unique feed” for older horses with carbohydrate sensitivities. LMF Senior Low Carb contains fiber, energy, vitamins, minerals (including chelated trace minerals and organic selenium) and yeast culture to aid in digestion. LMF Senior Low Carb is formulated to reduce starch and sugar intake for older horses that may be sensitive to carbohydrate related diseases. Critical nutrients are presented in highly palatable form that horses readily consume. LMF Senior Low Carb also contains glucosamine for joint health. LMF Senior Low Carb is designed as a total diet for all categories of horses, except young growing horses under 12 month of age, but is especially appropriate for older horses with chewing difficulties and carbohydrate sensitivities.

LMF Performance

LMF Performance is a textured feed that is nutritionally advanced for athletic horses, providing 60% of its energy content from a combination of fermentable fiber and vegetable oil, avoiding excessive sugar that may result in erratic behavior. Fat (vegetable oil) and fiber (beet pulp) provide horses with a calorie rich diet that also decreases the chances of colic, founder and tying-up. LMF Performance is also an excellent choice for feeding underweight, neglected or rescue horses.

LMF Prime Time

LMF Prime Time is a pelleted feed designed specifically for the senior horse that can still chew and digest hay or pasture. Prime Time features increased calories per pound by using elevated levels of fat, increased levels of primary and trace minerals and live yeast culture to aid in digestion. Prime Time can also be used for any horse requiring significant weight gain, especially rescue horses. This feed is ground, heat treated and then pelleted to enhance nutrient availability by the older horse. This product is only available in our Northwest distribution region.

LMF Senior

LMF Senior is a pelleted, unique, complete feed for older horses that contains glucosamine for joint health along with the fiber, energy, vitamins, minerals and live yeast culture to aid in digestion. Critical nutrients are presented in a highly palatable form that horses readily consume.

LMF Super Supplement

LMF Super Supplement is palatable pellets that are a complete horse supplement containing essential trace minerals and vitamins. Super Supplement also contains balanced levels of calcium and phosphorus to insure adequate intake and proper ratio of calcium to phosphorus. Super Supplement is the “low intake” LMF product. LMF Super Supplement is the feed of choice for easy keepers.

LMF Showtime

LMF Showtime is a textured feed that maximizes body and coat condition in show horses. Showtime has the added benefit of minimizing the excitable attitude that is common when grains are fed to horses. “Maximum condition, maximum calm” are terms which best describe LMF Showtime. Rice bran, beet pulp, yeast culture, vegetable oil, lysine, thiamine and other B-vitamins combined with a minimum of grain give horses fed LMF Showtime the advantage in the show ring. This feed is a perfect choice for all types of show horses and ponies.
